Wherever you live in the UK there's bound to be a trampoline park within jumping distance. These are some of the best trampoline parks in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland for kids of all ages.
Trampoline parks are a great day out with the kids, with loads of bouncing, flipping fun to be had.
While age limits vary depending on the venue, many trampoline parks have soft play and toddler sessions so even younger kids can get their bounce on. These are often for kids aged 18 months and above, although always check before you go to avoid disappointment.
Some parks have family-specific sessions so parents and kids can jump together without worrying about groups of teenagers bouncing into them.
And a number hold sessions for kids with autism or additional needs, too, with music and bright lights turned down create a calmer atmosphere.
Whether you live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, there’s a whole host of trampoline parks to choose from for a fun day out or even a birthday party.
Here are some of our favourites.
1. Gravity Trampoline Parks, across the UK

With 15 parks and counting across England and Scotland, including Norwich, Northampton, Leeds and Edinburgh, there's probably a Gravity Trampoline Park in bouncing distance of your family! While the facilities differ slightly at each park, you can expect huge trampoline spaces for kids to jump around on, dodgeball courts, slam dunk basketball zones and big air bags to flip into.
Some sites also have Gravity Rocks climbing walls, check your local park for details.
2. Flip Out Trampoline, Adventure & Inflatable Parks, across the UK

There are a whopping 27 Flip Out Adventure Parks in England and Scotland, including Manchester, Doncaster, Ashford and Chichester. And there are six more coming soon!
There's a huge expanse of trampolines for some bouncing fun, as well as ball pits, inflatables, glow in the dark action, and loads more. Each park has different facilities so check your local venue to avoid disappointment.
3. Jump In Trampoline Parks, across the UK

With air bag leaps, extreme slides, gladiator battle beams, soft play, fitness classes, toddler sessions, and, of course, trampolines, there's something to keep everyone entertained at the nine Jump In sites in England and Scotland, including Ipswich and Edinburgh.
Indoor Clip and Climb is also available at the Aberdeen and Enfield branches.

There's much more than just trampolines at the Jump Giants parks in Loughborough, Newcastle, London and Thurrock. As well as basketball, battle beams, a wipeout game and soft play for little ones, there's something the whole family will love at Newcastle – dodgems! Look out for the cuddly mascot Jay Gee – an American footballer bear – when you visit.
5. Oxygen Freejumping Trampoline Parks, London, Croydon, Derby

Toddler sessions, parties, autism-friendly Peaceful Play sessions, freejumping … you'll find the perfect trampolining session for your family at the four Oxygen Freejumping Parks in West London, the O2 Arena, Croydon and Derby.
Don't miss the Ninja Warrior courses, reaction walls, mega airbags, dodgeball and foam pits, too. (Check your local park as activities vary between sites).
6. RedKangaroo Trampoline Parks, Reading, Nottingham, Coventry

The kids are going to be bouncing like marsupials at Red Kangaroo trampoline parks in Reading, Nottingham and Coventry. A riot of trampolines, foam pits, slides and inflatables, there are Ninja Warrior obstacle courses to tackle and tumble tracks to show off their skills.
Quiet, family and under-fives sessions available.
7. Rush UK Trampoline Parks, Birmingham and High Wycombe

An adrenaline rush is guaranteed when you visit Rush Trampoline Parks. The fun doesn't stop at trampolines, at Rush Birmingham you've also got slacklines, an assault course and a trapeze, while both Birmingham and High Wycombe have facilities including foam pits, dodgeball and basketball.
Autism and SEN sessions are held weekly.
8. Boost Trampoline Parks, Northampton and Leicester

Trampolines? Check. Battle beams? Check. Foam pits? You bet!
As well as many of the activities you'd expect to find at a trampoline park, Boost Leicester also has a trapeze and climbing wall, while Northampton has a new slide and Rat Run activity.
9. AirHop Trampoline Parks, Bristol, Guildford

Trampolines aside, the obstacle course is the most popular attraction at AirHop Bristol. Challenge the kids to a race through the funhouse of obstacles.
Don't miss the Augmented Reality Trampolines at both Bristol and Guildford either, a kind of computer game/trampoline hybrid. Will your kids get to the top of the leaderboard?
10. Jump London

With 120 trampolines and 12 different 'jump zones' to explore, there's loads to keep the kids occupied at this East London park. The zones, designed for flipping, jumping, laughing and balancing, include the Sky Slide, Rotor Jump, Activity Zone (complete with hanging rings and balance platforms) and Reaction Zone with interactive touch pads.
Jump London is also home to the UK’s longest indoor go-karting track, Capital Karts.
11. Base Jump Trampoline Park, Essex

Base Jump in Rayleigh is home to the UK's only trampoline halfpipe run – kids will love running though, bouncing off the trampolines and performing tricks as they go. There are a whole host of other bouncy activities too, including battle beams, dodgeball, launch pads and soft play for under fives.
12. Orbital Trampoline Park, Luton

Located in a warehouse that's bigger than 10 full-size tennis courts, Orbital also has a climbing wall, soft play, slacklines and loads, loads more. If your kids show a real interest in bouncing, they can have trampolining lessons, too.

Get bounce-tastic in Basingstoke at Atmosphere. The colourful trampoline park has basketball lanes, giant airbags and a half pipe! Inflatables and soft play are available for under fours.

South Wales' biggest trampoline park, at JumpJam kids can bounce around on inflatables, flip into airbags, battle with pugle sticks, scale the climbing wall and see how long they can cling on to the mechanical rodeo bull. It's tougher than it sounds!

Get your bounce on in Central Scotland at Jump-N-Joy. As well as the trampolines there's a traverse climbing wall, log rolls, interactive light games and loads more. They even host group sleepovers. It's flipping good fun!

There's a full day of fun waiting to be had at Airtastic. Trampolines aside, this entertainment centre offers 10-pin bowling, space-themed mini golf, amusem*nts, a Ninja course and soft play. Phew!
