There is a spectrum of beliefs about where purpose "comes from", ranging from the very metaphysical to the bluntly reductionist. In my years of facilitating purpose work, here is one thing I've found: IT DOESN'T MATTER where you believe your purpose comes from. 🌌The fact is, purpose is not a cognitive process or the result of applying a long, reliable algorithmic formula. Purpose is an idiosyncratic journey BEYOND the thinking mind to a resonance with a truth you feel deep in your physical and energetic body. Regardless of where you start from, if you get to THAT frequency, the effects and results are the same. ✨At that point, you are IN the frequency of your purpose. Frequencies don't come from anywhere, do they? They are simple aspects of our spectrum of experience we can access if we know how.
