This is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever been to. They didn’t take the old paint color off and decided to just paint over top of it. I got matte nails and had asked if it was going to stay. They reassured me by saying yes… 10 hours later all the paint is now falling off, So now you can yet again see the old color. The person who did it was also very rough with my arms, moving them around aggressively and making me hit my elbow hard multiple times.

My nails are wide, bumpy, and sloppy. I have nail polish and acrylic powder on my skin. They did not try to wipe it off or clean it off. I am beyond disappointed. THIS IS ALSO UNDER THERE NEW MANAGEMENT.Acrylic nails

I’ve been to this location twice now. The first was good so I came back today for a pedicure since I’m going to a wedding soon. Overall the experience was fine except for when my stylist was sanding the calluses off my feet he grazed the tender part of skin under my big toe to the point where it broke skin and I now have a raw spot. I didn’t make any issue of it at the time because I do believe it was accidental. When it occurred I did vocalize that the machine was grazing me in a soft spot. I was charged full price and did tip regardless. Sharing my experience in hopes that it brings attention to be more attentive when using tools. My goal was to wear a heeled shoe to my event in a few days and now that probably won’t be able to happen since I have an open sore.

Got a basic pedicure midday on a Thursday. The salon wasn’t super busy so we were taken right away. The salon is very nice and very clean. The staff was professional and super friendly. Very good experience I would definitely come back and definitely recommend to friends! 🙂Pedicure

Long story short…. My wedding is this friday, I stopped into Europe Nails & Spa after I left a terrible nail experience at another shop. Jessica saved the day for me!!! So professional and the experience shows. I would recommend going to them 200%, and they just earned a new steady customer! Nails are gorgeous and reasonably priced! Jessica was unbelievably friendly and her nail game was on point in every way!!!

Love this place! They are now under new management and you can definitely tell by the new color options and customer service. If Henry is working… Definitely go to him! I don’t believe he’s always at this location. I wish he was there more often! He is the best nail person I’ve had in years!

This place was taken under new management recently and all I can say is, it was worth going before. The owner was the sweetest person I’ve ever met and always SLAYED my eyebrows , everytime and I’m picky. So I came to get a touch up every two weeks by her and realized she was no longer there and it was under the new management. I decided to give them a try , but I should have listened to my gut. After growing out my eyebrows and finally getting the shape I finally wanted them after so long, I was taken back to get them waxed and not only were there so many hairs still left making it look like they weren’t even done , they were two different lengths. The owner not being so nice saying she didn’t take it off, but I know what my eyebrows looked like before I walked in there. She rushed through the whole thing. I will no longer be going to this location. Sad to see the old owners go.

Currently getting the worst pedicure of my life from a (Swedish?) girl. I come here all the time.. she’s never done my pedi. She’s so slow, i wanted a deluxe but got a basic pedicure, and she wasn’t very friendly. I’ll probably never go back now

Amazing experience! I don’t get my nails done often, probably because I usually don’t find good places. Europe Nails and Spa was extremely clean. I had very friendly and professional service, and Dan did such a great job on my nails. I did a mani pedi with regular polish and it looks flawless.
