Critical:Punctuality,QualityMy friend and I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 for us both to have gel manicures and pedicures. We were instantly sat in pedicures chairs, which were extremely comfortable. My friend’s nail tech immediately started working on her pedicure. She was a very sweet woman who did a really nice job for my friend. I on the other hand wasn’t as fortunate… I waited an hour in the pedicure chair before the other lady (who ended up being my nail tech) finished her client and was available to do my pedicure. I did not expect her to quit working on her first client to accommodate me as soon as I walked in the door but an hour after my appointment is a bit much. I wish they would have just told us to come a little later so we could get our services completed together. My friend’s pedicure was finishing up as mine was just beginning. The lady doing my pedicure was a nice woman although she never apologized for having me wait that long, but she did a nice job on my toes. I then moved over to her station to complete my manicure and that’s where things went wrong. My nails are different shapes? My left thumb is squared off and my right thumb is rounded. Out of 10 nails only two of them don’t have bumps or black specks in them….. I did not notice until I left the salon and got back in my car. I don’t know if she would have fixed it if I went back in, but after the amount of time we spent at the salon I did not have the patience to go back in and find out. Although I’m not sure how she didn’t feel the bumps when rubbing cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. When my friend and I finally left the nail salon it was 7:05…… that’s a ridiculously long time to spend in a nail salon. Overall it is a nice salon and everyone seemed very pleasant I just recommend really inspecting your nails before exiting the salon. We LOVED our nails from this place!!! I have funny nails. (Oily nail beds; or maybe I’m just too rough with my nails? I’m not entirely sure..) Through the years I’ve gotten my nails done at many different places. One or two will just fall off like press-on nails. I told her this and she GOT IT!!. (plenty of other places have just looked politely when I told them this, and I could tell they weren’t really sure what I meant..) Anyways, she did my mails PERFECTLY. They were long like I like, and very strong. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and no lifting anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend.

I love this place! It’s spotlessly clean and the people are super friendly. There’s plenty of stations and people working so they’re able to take walk ins. They even finished off my mani pedi with a little neck massage while my nails were drying. Just fantastic. And very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!Pedicure,Manicure

We stopped into the salon today and Tina gave my daughter her first manicure. She was so patient with her and did an amazing job. She really took the time to make the experience great. She added nail art as well. We highly recommend Tina and Y and Z! Thank you!Nail art,Gel manicures

Amazing clean place with fantastic and friendly staff. I came in as a walk in with my friend and got great manicures and pedicures. They massage you too which is so relaxing. The lady waxed my brows and it’s the best wax I’ve ever had. 10/10 this is my next go to spot!!Pedicure,Gel manicures,Manicure

Will not return after yesterday’s appointment. I had an appointment for 4:45. I was early, 4:35, but sat and waited until 5:05 (20 min late). Tina never apologized for my wait and then proceeded to trim and fill my nails. Some of my nails were not all the same length and I brought it up to her and she said my nail beds are different lengths… well… in 30 years of getting manicures I have never had anyone tell me that. I want them to be all the same length. Then, I’m ready to pay and she says $43.00… she charged xtra $3 to trim and shape my nails… ISN’T THAT PART OF THE MANICURE?!?Don’t go here.

I was getting two services done, Polish removal and toenails repainted. I waited in the chair for quite a while. The technician did my toenail’s and told me to wait a few minutes, he started another person and never returned. The second person started my manicure after 20 minutes, she left shortly to help another technician and never came back. The third technician finished. There were two people that came in after me to get pedicures and both were finished before me. I realize they were busy but that is unacceptable. I won’t be returning

Long wait but worth it! Very polite and pleasant experience. I received a pedi and mani. Had an appointment at 3. Was seated immediately in manicure spa chairs and waited apx 45 minutes for someone to start. I was able enjoy the massage chair while I waited. The end result my nails look great! Thank you!

Tina did my nails.. gel paint peeled after 1 weeks and my nails are different lengths and some nails have thicker acrylic, some have none and are very thin. Jenny did my pedicure. She cut the side of my foot when was using the exfoliator. Design on my toe is of grade school quality.

Manicure and dip was just ok. Design was a little flooded. And I couldn’t pay with my debit card without an extra charge. I can see not charging the tip but don’t be in business if you don’t want to incur the charges to run the business. Next they will be charging a “rent allowance”. Won’t be returning.Dip powder
